Little fast ridge flights don't really affect the ladder, but it is interesting what can be done.

I'd like to see more of whatever people do on the ladder - whether slow or fast, short or long, low or high, boring or interesting. We need to be able show how much we use OUR sky. I complete guess but I wouldn't be surprised if the ladder only captures less than 25% of the XC flying we do.

I really agree about capturing adventurous flying (hmm Competition Enterprise springs to mind).

Let me do a separate post on this...

Im inceasingly disappointed that multiple ridge flying tps Are allowed to score , I dont belive they are in the spirit of cross country flying especially if close and the same tps used . Flights which have a genuine purpose ie not ridge or even multiple zig zags near home ors seem to me ...pointless and confine pilots to mindless point scoring .
Somehow to vitalise ladder points a system which rewards ...adventure or turning tps which rately get turned ?
